This week summer finally returned to Berlin and wasn't it great? It's been the kind of week that you want to talk about to your neighbours, the shopkeeper, and the taxi driver - to discuss how hot it is outside, what the temperature will be later in the week and, my, don't the flowers look lovely?
If you're still learning the basics then you'll know that it's hard to get poetic about your surroundings when you don't have many adjectives to put to good use yet. Well, I'm here to help you because it's my firm belief that on a hot summer's day, when it's sunny and feeling warm on your skin, when the sky is blue, the grass is green and the colourful flowers are bobbing in the wind you should be able to wax lyrical to anyone who'll listen... and preferably in German.
